1.2 Photos & Videos from Offline and Online Classes, Workshops & Events

During our offline as well as online classes, workshops, and events, we may capture photographs and videos, capture screenshots and do the screen recordings of participating adults and children with or without products, creations and activities. This content may be used in ways like:

• Shared in the private or public WhatsApp groups and communities.
• Posted publicly on our Instagram, YouTube, and other social media channels to showcase our programs and community.
• Used on our website and in marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, product packaging, hoardings, banners and other promotional content.

Consent & Withdrawal: We collect parent/guardian consent for the above uses at the time of event enrollment. Parents/guardians may withdraw consent at any time by writing to us at toys@havi.co. Upon receiving a withdrawal request, we will stop using the relevant photo or video in any new content or campaigns.

Where content has already been published, we won’t be able to alter posts already live on our own channels, and we may not be able to remove or recall content that has already been widely viewed, shared, downloaded, or reposted by others, used in completed print/ad campaigns, or distributed through third-party platforms outside our control. We encourage parents to raise any concerns about specific content as early as possible.

However if a person – be that a child or adult – is part of a group photo or video where the person is depicted with more than one person, neither deletion nor exclusion is possible. Havi will use and continue using such content.

We use collected data to:

• Provide and maintain our service

• Allow participation in interactive features
• Provide customer support
• Analyze usage and improve our service
• Detect, prevent, and address technical issues
